Possible uses of the spacer for the REHAPE® Sling Trainer

The spacer keeps the ropes of the Sling Trainer at a distance of 42 cm from each other. This is helpful for some exercises to keep the ropes past the shoulders. It also results in increased instability, making it more difficult to balance coordinately. The training stimuli increase.
